The principle of lifelong learning is enshrined in the European policy for education, employment and, in particular inclusion. Informal learning is associated with situations in which a person learns and acquires skills through different types of activities in which a teaching process. By placing learners at the center of policies for lifelong learning can be achieved improvements in the lives of people – qualification in a particular field or retraining. Principles of training are a system of basic principles leading ideas or requirements and define the overall activity of teachers or adults students. They refer to the category normative knowledge that prescribe what should be training and thus regulates the activities of participants in the educational process.
